PRE-ORDER TERMS

By placing an order on getreset.com, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. All current orders are pre-orders. Production and shipment take approximately 6–8 weeks from the date your order is placed.

2. Your payment method will be charged in full at the time of order to reserve your unit from our limited first production run.

3. In the event RESET is unable to fulfill your pre-order — for any reason — you will automatically receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. No action is required from you.

4. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment for a full refund by emailing ecombrand15@gmail.com.

5. The full Refund Policy and Shipping Policy apply to all orders and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
