Refund policy

PRE-ORDER ORDERS

All current orders are pre-orders. Production and shipment of our first run takes approximately 6–8 weeks from the date your order is placed. You will be charged in full at the time of purchase to reserve your place in line.

Refunds for unfulfilled pre-orders. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your pre-order — for any reason, including manufacturing delays, supplier issues, or product cancellation — you will receive an automatic, full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. No action is required on your part.

Cancellations. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund. Email ecombrand15@gmail.com with your order number and we'll process the cancellation within 2 business days.


RETURNS & REFUNDS (SHIPPED ORDERS)

Once your order has shipped, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for a full refund. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, with the cap and seal intact
- Original packaging required
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

To start a return, email ecombrand15@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We'll send instructions and a prepaid return label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email ecombrand15@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Used or partially used product (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
