Shipping policy

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

All current orders are pre-orders. Production of our first run takes approximately 6–8 weeks from the date your order is placed. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order for any reason, you will automatically receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. See our Refund Policy for details.


STANDARD SHIPPING (POST PRE-ORDER)

Once we have stock on hand, orders ship within 1–2 business days of purchase.

- Domestic (US): 3–6 business days via USPS or UPS Ground
- Free shipping on orders $40 and over
- Tracking number is provided in your shipment confirmation email

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping will be announced later in 2026.


SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our facility. If your package is lost in transit, contact ecombrand15@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it or issue a replacement.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. RESET is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 24 hours and we'll update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
